Quick and easy to make. Will keep up to 10 days in an air tight container



  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c (Gas Mark 4 350F)
  2. Line a 7 x 11 inch tin shallow tin with baking parchment.
  3. Place the butter, honey and sugar in a large saucepan and heat gently until butter melted; do not let it boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in oats, raisins and seeds.
  5. Turn into the prepared tin and smooth the top
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool in tin for three minutes then cut into fingers. Leave in tin to cool completely before removing.
